Fata Morgana

Fata Morgana is a collaborative jewelry line by Miriam Josi and Stella Lee Prowse. Their pieces are designed and hand crafted in Brooklyn, NY. The collection is inspired by the nostalgic character of a used wine cork and the process of upcycling. Local wine bars collect and donate their corks to Fata Morgana. They are carved to resemble cut gemstones and are finished with an acrylic sealant to ensure durability. The finalized cork gems are then draped with a fine chain, creating an elegant and quirky alternative to fine jewelry.
